Carved from locally-sourced (Maryland), rescued urban tulip tree wood, painted with acrylic, and sealed with a polyurethane finish, this hiking stick is the perfect companion for those long walks in the deep, dark woods. It was carved with a mixture of hand and power techniques; a loop of red suede wrapped around a coin makes it both eye catching and easy to hang and store.
